How to ORDER:

1. Send your inquiry via personal message to our PMC Admin.
2. Receive your order confirmation, payment details, and availability via email from an official Power Mac Center Admin.
3. The 7-day Replacement Policy will apply for all orders.
4. With the current limitations on our operations, earning and redemption of 1 Infinite Card points are
currently on-hold.

Accepted modes of payment are the following:

    HSBC = pay up to 12 months, at 0% interest

    BDO, BPI, Metrobank = pay either in 12 or 24 months, at 0% interest

  • For purchases worth P 50,000 and above

How to RECEIVE:

Available modes to receive your paid orders are the following:

1. Door-to-Door within Metro Manila

  • fixed delivery cost is P 500.00 for Apple devices (except Apple Watch) / P 300.00 for Apple Watch
    and Accessories
  • Delivery time is within 3 days (excluding Sunday and Holiday)

2. Door-to-Door outside Metro Manila

  • fixed delivery cost is P 3,000.00 for iMac / P 2,000.00 for MacBook / P 1,500.00 for iPhone or iPad / P 500.00 for Apple Watch and Accessories / for combination of orders, whichever is higher will apply
  • Delivery time is within 7 to 9 days days (excluding Sunday and Holiday)

3. Pickup at your preferred Power Mac Center branch

  • no on-top charges to be billed
  • lead time is at least 1 day from the day that the payment has been settled
  • pick-up schedule in both branches is Monday to Saturday, from 12NN to 5PM

3. Payment details and other confidential information will only be sent to you by our our Admins via
their official @powermaccenter.com email address. Do not transact with individuals sending payment

4. Our Admins will never ask for a copy of your valid ID and the details of your debit/credit card for your
security throughout the online transaction. Valid ID is only a requirement once you claim your item.
