Are the prices vat inclusive?

  • Yes, the prices are vat inclusive.

Why is there a Shipping Fee included when I purchased the 1-on-1 Tutorial?

  • The displayed price of our 1-on-1 Tutorial is PHP 1,350; however, the original price of this training is PHP 1500 for 2 hours. Our system will automatically charge you PHP 150 for the Shipping fee if you have purchased an item below PHP 5000 if there are no on-going promotions. That is why the price was adjusted to PHP 1,350 but the final price you’ll pay would be PHP 1,500. We are already working on making this easier for you. You may contact us at if you need more clarifications on this.

Can I refund my payment?

  • No. We have limited seats. Your slot is transferrable but is non-refundable.

I’m from out of town/overseas, is the accommodation provided?

  • No. We can email you a list of nearby hotels, but you will have to make your own bookings.

Are Audio or Video recordings allowed during training/workshops/seminars?

  • No. Audio or video recording of training, workshops, or seminars is prohibited.

What if I missed 1 or 2 days of training, do I still have a certificate?

  • Yes. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance though The Certificate of Completion is only given if at least your attendance is 80% of the course duration.

What are the modes of payment accepted?

  • Straight Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, and JCB)
  • Debit Card (so long as it’s Visa and Mastercard)
  • Bancnet
  • GCash
  • BDO Over the Counter Payments (payment must be made within 48 hours)
  • BDO Online Banking

Do you have On-Site Training?

  • Yes, we can do an arrangement but kindly make sure the participants are at least 10 people.

What If I missed my training schedule, will you consider rescheduling my training?

  • Yes. You may join another fixed schedule.

Can I customize my training based on what I need?

  • If it is for personal needs; we have a 1on1 Tutorial and that is intended for your personal learnings. If company; we can do an arrangement.

Do you consider having training on weekends or holidays?

  • Yes, we can do an arrangement but kindly make sure the participants are at least 10 people.

Can I choose a schedule based on your training calendar?

  • Yes. Make sure your preferred schedule is confirmed by our Account Executive.
  • But if you paid on a weekend or a holiday and your preferred schedule will be on the next day. (For example, you booked a training class on a Saturday or Sunday, and your preferred training day will be Monday same week or you booked a training during a holiday and your preferred training date will be on the next day). We cannot accommodate the requested scheduled date. Instead, you have to make an arrangement with our Account Executive to confirm your schedule at a later date.
