Trade
After getting a price quotation, fill out the necessary information and choose the “Power Mac Center Trade-in” option. Confirm your order and pick-up schedule.

Pick- up
A final trade-in value will be provided after verifying any discrepancies in the initial declaration. Once you agree, your old device will be collected.
Receive
A Power Mac Center e-voucher will be sent to you via email which you can use to buy any product at powermaccenter.com.

The e-voucher is not convertible to cash.
Upon choosing the e-voucher, you will be unable to change back to any other offerings that were prior given to you on the
InstaCash app.
Combining with other vouchers is not allowed.
The e-voucher code is only valid for one-time use.
Only one (1) e-voucher can be used per transaction.
The e-voucher code must be used within 60 days upon receipt.
Total face value of the e-voucher must be consumed, otherwise, Power Mac Center will not issue any change if the amount is less than the value of the e-voucher
The e-voucher is non-transferrable and can only be used by the registered email address.
The e-voucher must be entered on the "Apply Promo Code" section at the checkout page.
Power Mac Center will not be liable for any claims or loss of the e-voucher.

1. Visit any Power Mac Center or The Loop branch to have your device evaluated.
2. Download the CompAsia app
3. Select 'In-Store' and check the store token indicated in the tabletop display in-store.
4. Follow diagnostic steps to generate the device trade in value.
5. Show the generated QR code to our Mac Experts who will finalize the device’s trade-in value.
6. The final trade in value can be used to purchase any product in the store.

Trade in value is still subject to change unless the device for trade in is surrendered to the store and purchase is complete.
Trade in value can only be used on the same store where the UpTrade Program was availed.
Customers can trade in as many devices but total trade-in value must be consumed. Otherwise, Power Mac Center will not issue any change if total trade up value is less than the trade-in amount.
Customer should back up their device prior to trading in.
Customer must make sure that activation lock (iCloud, Google account, etc.) of the device has been deactivated.
Apple Watch, MacBook, tablets and smartphones from any brand are also accepted.
