Is the Online Store delivering to my location at the moment?

We are now delivering orders made through our Online Store to locations within Luzon!

Upon payment, please allow us a maximum of 7 business days to deliver your order as there may be delays due to the Enhanced Community Quarantine guidelines and regulations.

Allow us more time for provincial deliveries.


How much is the Shipping Fee?

Your Shipping Fee will depend on where you will have your item/s delivered, and will be automatically calculated and displayed upon placing your order.

Kindly input the accurate postal code as incorrect ones may result to delay in shipping and additional charges.


If I order online, can I still opt to pick it up at my preferred Power Mac Center branch?

We are now accepting pick ups at our Greenbelt 3 store along with our Eastwood City store! You may select this option during check out.

Shipping fee is waived for these options. Please wait for our notification of availability before proceeding to the store.

  • Eastwood City Store : pick ups are from Monday to Thursdays at 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
  • Greenbelt 3 Store : pick ups are from Fridays to Saturdays at 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only


I am from outside Luzon, can I still buy from Power Mac Center’s Online Store and have it delivered?

We currently only deliver to locations within Luzon. Stay tuned as we work on making our service available to more locations soon.


Can I just go to Power Mac Center Eastwood City or Greenbelt 3 and buy there?

Our Eastwood City and Greenbelt 3 stores will only entertain pick ups for purchases made on our Online Store and Viber Store. Hence, we will not be entertaining walk in customers. Please bear with us as we are continuously working to enable more options for you moving forward. Updates will be announced via our website and social media posts.


For Door-to-Door Deliveries: Do I have to be present to sign for it?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm that your order is sealed, in good condition, delivered and received correctly.

In the case that you are not available, please contact us thru our Online Store Support System or send an email of your next available schedule at the same delivery address to You may also nominate a new recipient thru an authorization letter with your Government Issued ID.


For Pick Ups: I am unable to pick up my order at Eastwood City or Greenbelt 3, what can I do?

  • If you opted for the pick up option, starting May 4, 2020:
    • Eastwood City Store : pick ups are from Monday to Thursdays at 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
    • Greenbelt 3 Store : pick ups are from Fridays to Saturdays at 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
  • Once we have confirmed that your item is in our store, you may pick one of two ways:
    • Nominate another recipient
      • You may have someone else pick up your item provided that s/he brings the following:
        • Copy of the Web Order (Electronic or Printed)
        • An Authorization Letter from you
        • A copy of your Government Issued ID
        • A copy of his/her Government Issued ID
    • Book a courier
      • You may book with a courier of your choice to pick up your item e.g. Grab, Lalamove, Transportify, etc.
      • Upon booking, kindly contact our Eastwood City store at 09178065090 for proper exchange of the necessary information for this option.

Can I change my delivery address after I placed an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed.

The item I ordered arrived damaged/faulty, what should I do?

If the item you ordered arrived damaged, send an email to and our customer service personnel will contact you for the best resolution for the situation.

Reporting of issue must be done within 24 hours upon receiving the parcel.


What are the modes of payment accepted?

  • Straight Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, and JCB)
  • Debit Card (Visa and Mastercard)
  • 0% Online Installment with HSBC Credit Card
    • For a minimum purchase of 6,000 PHP, you may pay 3 or 6 months installment.
    • For purchases 20,000 PHP  and above, you may avail of the 12 months installment option.
    • 50,000 PHP and above are eligible for up to 24 months installment option

If you’re having issues with your item and you wish to return it – please refer to the warranty process above. However, if there are no defects encountered, we will not be able to process your request. Change of Mind will not be entertained.
