Web Store: General Community Quarantine – FAQs

Is the Web Store delivering to my location at the moment?

We are now delivering orders made through our Web Store Nationwide!

  • For Metro Manila Deliveries: Upon payment, please allow us a maximum of 7 business days to deliver your order as there may be delays due to City-specific Community Quarantine guidelines and regulations.
  • For Provincial Deliveries: Allow us a maximum of 15 days; as there may be delays due to the suspension of some freight services.

 

How much is the Shipping Fee?

Your Shipping Fee will depend on where you will have your item/s delivered, and will be automatically calculated and displayed upon placing your order.

Kindly input the accurate postal code as incorrect ones may result in to delay in shipping and additional charges.

*Note: The shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

If I order online, can I still opt to pick it up from my preferred Power Mac Center branch?

We are now accepting pick-ups at our selected Power Mac Center stores! You may select this option during checkout.

The shipping fee is waived for this option. Please wait for our notification of order availability before proceeding to the store.

For your safety, kindly practice social distancing when receiving your order. 

You may claim this by presenting the following to your preferred Store:

    • Copy of your Web Order (printed or electronic copy) 
    • Your government-issued ID or
    • If someone else would receive it for you, please prepare the following:
      • An Authorization Letter with your signature
      • A scanned copy of your 2 valid Government Issued IDs (with photo and signature)
      • And a copy of the recipient’s 2 valid Government Issued IDs (with photo and signature)

You may also book a courier of your choice to pick this up for you. You may use Lalamove, Grab Express, Transportify, or any other courier service available to you.

For this, kindly follow these steps:

    • Send us the following documents via email at onlinestore@powermaccenter.com prior to booking a courier:
      • An Authorization letter with your signature 
      • A scanned copy of your 2 valid Government Issued IDs (with photo and signature)
      • Indicate your preferred pick-up date so that your order and documents will be prepared accordingly
    • Book a courier to pick up your item at your preferred Power Mac Center Store (below is the list of selected Power Mac Center Stores as pick up points)
    • Your booked courier may claim your order by proceeding to the Store and presenting a message from you containing: 
      • Your Name
      • Web Order Number
    • For your reference, here are the pick up schedules at selected Power Mac Center Stores:
      • Eastwood City Store : pick ups are from Mondays to Saturdays at 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
      • Greenbelt 3 Store : pick ups are from Mondays to Saturdays at 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
      • Robinsons Magnolia Store : pick ups are from Mondays to Saturdays at 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
      • SM Megamall Store : pick ups are from Mondays to Saturdays at 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
      • SM Mall of Asia Store : pick ups are from Mondays to Saturdays at 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only
      • SM Aura Store : pick ups are from Mondays to Saturdays at 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
      • The Annex at SM North EDSA Store : pick ups are from Mondays to Saturdays at 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
      • Northeast Square Store: pick ups are from Mondays to Sundays at 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM only
      • ASP Clark : pick ups are from Mondays to Saturdays at 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.

 

I am from outside Luzon, can I still buy from Power Mac Center Web Store and have it delivered?

Yes! We already accept and deliver web store orders nationwide. Shipping fee will be automatically calculated and displayed upon placing your order.

 

For Door-to-Door Deliveries: Do I have to be present to sign for it?

Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm that your order is sealed, in good condition, delivered and received correctly.

In the case that you are not available, please contact us thru our Web Store Support System or send an email of your next available schedule at the same delivery address to onlinestore@powermaccenter.com. You may also nominate a new recipient thru an authorization letter with your Government Issued ID.

 

For Pick-Ups: I am unable to pick up my order from one of the selected Power Mac Center Pick-up Stores, what can I do?

  • If you opted for the pick-up option, starting August 5, 2020:
    • Eastwood City Store: pickups are from Mondays to Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
    • Greenbelt 3 Store: pickups are from Mondays to Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
    • Robinsons Magnolia Store: pickups are from Mondays to Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
    • SM Megamall Store: pickups are from Mondays to Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
    • SM Mall of Asia Store : pickups are from Mondays to Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only
    • SM Aura Store: pickups are from Mondays to Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
    • The Annex at SM North EDSA Store: pickups are from Mondays to Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
    • Northeast Square Store: pickups are from Mondays to Sundays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM only
    • ASP Clark: pickups are from Mondays to Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 5:00 PM only.
  • Once we have confirmed that your item is in our store, you may pick one of two ways:
    • Nominate another recipient
      • You may have someone else pick up your item provided that s/he brings the following:
        • An Authorization Letter with your signature
        • A scanned copy of your 2 valid Government Issued IDs (with photo and signature)
        • And a copy of the recipient’s 2 valid Government Issued IDs (with photo and signature)
    • Book a courier
      • Send us the following documents via email at onlinestore@powermaccenter.com prior to booking a courier:
        • An Authorization letter with your signature
        • A scanned copy of your 2 valid Government Issued IDs (with photo and signature)
        • Indicate your preferred pick-up date so that your order and documents will be prepared accordingly
      • Book a courier to pick up your item at your preferred Power Mac Center Store (below is the list of selected Power Mac Center Stores as pick up points)
      • Send us the booking details via email at onlinestore@powermaccenter.com for security purposes before your item will be released to the courier
      • Your booked courier may claim your order by proceeding to the Store and presenting a message from you containing:
        • Your Name
        • Web Order Number
    •  If these options aren’t possible for you

 

Can I change my delivery address after I placed an order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your delivery address to a different one after an order is placed.

 

Where is my order? My order hasn’t arrived yet

If you haven’t received it within 7 business days (for Metro Manila deliveries) or within 15 business days (for Provincial deliveries) , send an email to onlinestore@powermaccenter.com

 

The item I ordered arrived damaged/faulty, what should I do?

If the item you ordered arrived damaged, send an email to onlinestore@powermaccenter.com, and our customer service personnel will contact you for the best resolution for the situation.

Reporting of the issue must be done within 24 hours upon receiving the parcel.

    • For a minimum purchase of 6,000 PHP, you may pay a 3 or 6 months installment.
    • For purchases 20,000 PHP  and above, you may avail of up to 24 months 0% interest installment option.
  • 0% Online Installment with BDO Credit Card
    • For a minimum purchase of 6,000 PHP, you may pay a 3 or 6 months installment.
    • For purchases 20,000 PHP  and above, you may avail of the 12 months installment option.
  • BPI Real 0% Installment
    • For a minimum purchase of 6,000 PHP, you may pay a 3 or 6 months installment.
    • For purchases 20,000 PHP  and above, you may avail of the 12 months 0% installment option.
  • BPI Real 0% Installment with BUY NOW PAY LATER PROMO until further notice.
    • For a minimum purchase of 6,000 PHP, you may pay 3 or 6 months installment.
    • For purchases 20,000 PHP and above, you may avail up to 24 months installment.

Return Policy?

If you’re having issues with your item and you wish to return it – please refer to the warranty process above. However, if there are no defects encountered, we will not be able to process your request. Change of Mind will not be entertained.
