Q: Why will my points expire?
A: As we move the 1 Infinite Card to an online platform this 2020, we are gearing up for a lot of changes with our system. In order for us to do this efficiently, we would need to start fresh and restart all our members’ customer journey with us.
Q: Yikes! Does this mean I would have to start my membership from scratch again?
A: Not at all! In fact, you will retain the tier that you are in right now. We just need you to fully enjoy the remaining points you have now` because as we move online, you won’t be able to use them anymore.
Q: I am so close to upgrading my tier! What will happen to my membership now?
A: Your tier by December 31, 2019 will be the basis of your membership moving forward. It will be your starting tier as we launch the new 1 Infinite Card. We’ll keep you posted on the launch so stay tuned!
Q: Alright, sounds good! What do I do now?
A: First, you need to check your ongoing balance by texting BAL/CARD NUMBER to 0918 888 3883 using your registered mobile number. Next, enjoy your points by December 31, 2019 by purchasing any amount at Power Mac Center and The Loop stores nationwide.
